Platters/Grazing Boxes require minimum of 3 days notice and full payment on invoice

 

 

Orders consisting of multiple grazes, Grazing Boards & Grazing Tables require a minimum of 14 days’ notice and a 50% non-refundable deposit on booking with full payment due 7 days prior to event ​

Bookings are only secured on payment (or deposit) of your graze/s​

​

*Please note, any orders that are cancelled within 48 hours of the event date will not be refunded

​

When a cancellation has been made, any applicable refunds will be processed within 24 hours and should appear in the nominated bank account within 3 business days

​

​

Platterboards/bowls/utensils/props must be returned by client to The Gourmet Grazer within 48 hours unless prior arrangements are made

​

​

Charges will apply for items not returned (price dependent on replacement cost which may be sets)

The Gourmet Grazer complies with the Food Act 2021 and takes all the necessary precautions to ensure your graze meets these standards when it is delivered to you.

In accordance with the Food Act 2021 we strongly advise you refrigerate the product if not consuming immediately.

As an extra precaution during the COVID 19 Pandemic, we use disposable gloves and wear masks whilst preparing and handling all produce.

We suggest you keep updated with the latest COVID 19 legislation to ensure you comply with the latest directions when serving and consuming your graze.
